Credit, background, income verification, and rental history review.

Step 4: Approval & Move In

Once approved, complete deposits and final move-in details.

Yes. Ridge Crossing is a pet-friendly community. Residents are allowed to have one (1) approved pet. No exotic animals allowed (snakes, reptiles, etc.).
